MIAMI -- Vice President Joe Biden is briefed in Homestead, Fla. by U.S. Air Force General Douglas Fraser, commander of the U.S. Southern Command and Rear Adm. Steve Branham, commander of the Seventh Coast Guard District, on current operations of the Haitian earthquake response in, Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010.
