PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (Jan. 19, 2009) Brian Crowder, a civilian structural engineer employed by Naval Facilities Atlantic, assess the structural integrity of a bridge after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake damaged the port in Port-au-Prince Haiti on Jan. 12.
