LEOGANE, Haiti (Jan. 20, 2010) A landing craft unit from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (22nd MEU) embarked aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) delivers humanitarian aid and supplies at a compound outside Leogane, Haiti.
