GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (Jan. 19, 2010) The motor vessel MV Houston, a privately owned vessel contracted by Military Sealift Command, arrives at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to deliver aviation and diesel fuel.
